Ms. Steedley didn't try to convince us to get one of her listings, or what was available or what we could get "for just a little bit more money." She provided us with listings and sale prices for the last few years. She followed up with significant information regarding pricing trends, neighborhood activities, hints for home improvement/renovation and provided us with lists of available contractors who had done work for her firm or people she knew.
